TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please go through the information given below to understand our truck rental services better:
Rental commences when equipment leaves our yard and terminates when returned in the same condition in which it was received, less normal wear and tear
Rental rates are FOB our yard, delivery is available, see rate schedule
Payment is due in advance unless prior arrangements have been made
When deposits are required, the amount of the deposit will be at our discretion
Rental rates are for single eight-hour shift, double shift is 1 ½ x the regular rate, and triple shift is 2 x the regular rate
Lessee is responsible for proper maintenance of equipment, fuel, oil, and lubricants, loss or damage
Lessee is responsible to comply with manufacturer’s instructions in regards to operation of equipment
Lessee is responsible to ensure machine is inspected and operated in accordance with any jobsite requirements, and the occupational health and safety act
Flat tires are the responsibility of lessee
Lessee must maintain full insurance coverage at all times
Lessee’s obligation ends when machine is returned to lessor in good order, not when called off rent
Lessee must report all off rents to office when machines are done, not at time of renting
Electronically filed invoices subject to surcharge
We accept the following methods of payment for most items.
(Some conditions apply on sale items.)
